– 2 other independent bathrooms; one with sink, shower, toilet and the other with sink, bath, toilet.
– A large open kitchen equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine.
– A living room of 70m² with a dining area and a sitting area (wood burner in fireplace, 152cm Smart TV, DVD player).
– A terrace of 100m2 with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
– This home has central and electric heating, a washing machine, a dryer and WiFi connection.
It is located on the first floor of the main building, with access from the inner courtyard and from the terrace. We live in an apartment on the ground floor which is completely independent and has a separate access.
