- Arrival is from 5pm.
- On the day of your departure, your accommodation must be vacanted by 10am.
- The cottages and pool area are non-smoking.
- Pets can be accepted with our prior agreement.
- In order to assist your stay, we provide baby beds and high chairs (on request at the reservation, free of charge).
Our rates include :
- Bed linen, kitchen towels, bathroom and swimming pool towels. If you stay longer than a week, the linen will be renewed every Saturday.
- Electricity, water, gas, fuel and/or wood for stoves or fireplaces.
- The “taxe de séjour”.
- Wifi.
- We do not charge for cleaning at the end of your stay, but we do ask that you leave the house in a clean and tidy state.
Terms and conditions :
Booking :
After receiving your booking request, we will send you a rental agreement. We will confirm your booking when we receive your deposit and signed contract.
Payment :
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental rent is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival. If there is less than one month between your booking date and your arrival date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellation :
If you need to cancel, we will do our best to re-let cottage. If successful, we will refund your payment minus any expenses or losses incurred by us.
Security deposit :
Upon your arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of €400 for La Maison, €300 for La Grange Haute and €200 for La Petite Grange. We will return it to you within one week after your departure, if there is no major damage to the property.
